The N9ve is the evolution of the Bar. The idea of a space where you can taste the best local products and the most interesting mixes from the world.
Our Evoluto Bar is confronted with the sinuous lines of the internal lights and the external postcard of a medieval and Renaissance Genoa that has its roots in the sea.
Traditional recipes revised and mixed in order to transport the palate on a journey of flavours; the raw materials always come from the territory and at zero kilometres.
Cocktails mixed with first choice products and new alchemies produced through our herbal teas.
All this is accompanied by red brick interiors and well-lit lamps so as not to forget the proximity to the sea and the port.
The N9ve Bar Evoluto welcomes you and tells you about a time in which relaxation and being in company means taking care of details and your own essence.
